I'm a Chef, a travelling Chef, from Australia who spends much of my time in the UK. St Ives in Cornwall is where I have an interest in a Restaurant. I employ Chefs in Australia and also provide Chefs to Restaurants in the UK.
I am a keen surfer, have a huge respect for the ocean and have always worked either right on or close by the sea. Food is my passion as well as music. DJ positions are always available as well.
